The 5 days 5 elements Retreat

During the 5 days Retreat you will discover how to connect yourself with the 5 elements ( Panchdhatu) air, water, fire, earth and ether through our specially designed daily Yoga Practice, chakra  Meditation and Ayurvedic Massage to initiate and revitalize one self.

The stay is on the Beach with a clear view of the Ocean in Goa. The accommodation is very down to earth in bamboo huts with self-sufficient amenities of a washroom and double bed. The stay is very natural and disconnect you from the high-end domination of technology it gets you back to your very creation through the 5 elements of nature.

The free time is for you to explore Palolem beach- Goa, swim, kayaking, boating or go on a nature cruise.

17:30 —-19:00 (Yin Yoga/Hatha Yoga/Restorative Yoga/Iyengar Yoga/Nidra Yoga)
